Luxury Car: Italy’s leading sports car manufacturer Ferrari has officially revealed its first electric car, Ferrari Luce. The company says that this model marks the beginning of a new era in its design, engineering and performance history. The new Ferrari Luce has been built on a special electric platform, which combines cutting-edge technology and technology.
Powerful performance and long range
The Ferrari Luce has a 122kWh battery pack and four electric motors, which together produce a power of approximately 1,036 horsepower (1,050cv). According to the company, this supercar can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds and 0 to 200 km/h in 6.8 seconds. Its top speed is more than 310 km/h, while once fully charged it can cover a distance of more than 530 km.
New era of design and technology
The Ferrari Luce has been created in collaboration with renowned design studio LoveFrom, led by former Apple design chief Jony Ive and designer Marc Newson. The car has a new aerodynamic glass design, transparent light panel and halo-style taillights, which give it a futuristic supercar look.
Luxury cabin and advanced features
The interior of the car has a 5-seater and 4-door layout, which is a first for Ferrari. Premium leather, recycled aluminum and Corning Gorilla Glass have been used in the cabin. Apart from this, technologies like digital display developed with Samsung Display, 800V electrical architecture, 350kW DC fast charging, real-time torque vectoring and all-wheel drive are also available.
Ferrari claims that the Luce uses over 60 new patented technologies, making it the brand’s most advanced and technologically capable car to date.
