Mahindra today launched a new variant of its popular sub-4-metre SUV, the XUV 3XO. In fact, Mahindra has expanded the REVX range of the XUV 3XO by launching the new XUV 3XO REVX Edge variant at Rs 9.39 lakh. This newly introduced variant is being offered as a value-for-money variant, making premium features more accessible to customers. The price for the newly introduced variant starts at Rs 9.39 lakh, ex-showroom, and goes all the way up to Rs 11.91 lakh, ex-showroom.
Mahindra launched the XUV 3XO in 2024, and in the last 2.5 years, Mahindra has sold over 2.5 lakh units of this SUV. This makes the XUV 3XO the fastest Mahindra SUV to achieve this milestone. Apart from launching the REVX Edge variant, Mahindra has also introduced the new REVX M(O) variant.
The REVX Series, which was launched last year, received a good response due to its distinct styling elements and premium features. This is the reason why Mahindra decided to expand the REVX series with the Edge variants. The newly introduced variants continue to offer the distinct look which most people appreciated.
The REVX Edge is available in two variants. There is the regular REVX Edge, which starts at Rs 9.39 lakh, ex-showroom, while the REVX Edge(O) starts at Rs 9.89 lakh, ex-showroom. Both these variants are priced under Rs 10 lakh, but the feature list tells a different story.
The REVX Edge is available with a dual-tone roof, body-coloured grille, and black wheel covers on the outside. The cabin gets black leatherette seats, a 26.03 cm HD infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, four speakers, and steering-mounted audio controls, which enhance the cabin experience. Cruise control, a rear-view camera, height-adjustable driver’s seat, rear AC vents, and a rear armrest with cup holders are also offered in this variant.
The REVX Edge(O) variant comes with all the above-mentioned features. Apart from that, it gets a panoramic sunroof, roof rails, electrically foldable outside rear-view mirrors, passive keyless entry, push-button start, automatic headlamps, and automatic wipers.
Both these variants are available with 35 standard safety features, such as six airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), ISOFIX child-seat mounts, reverse parking sensors, three-point seat belts, and seat-belt reminders for all passengers.
Both the REVX Edge and Edge(O) variants are available with petrol and diesel engine options. The petrol version uses a 1.2-litre mStallion-series turbo-petrol unit with manual and automatic transmission options. The diesel version uses a 1.5-litre turbocharged engine that comes with manual and AMT gearbox options.
The REVX M(O) variant, priced at Rs 9.99 lakh, ex-showroom, is available with the turbo-petrol engine and an automatic transmission. This variant helps Mahindra offer customers a choice of an automatic transmission under Rs 10 lakh. The Mahindra XUV 3XO REVX M(O), REVX Edge, and Edge(O) variants are available in Everest White, Stealth Black, Tango Red, Nebula Blue, and Galaxy Grey shades.
