Mahira Khan couldn’t contain her happiness when she received a heartfelt compliment from another woman about her appearance as she embraces pregnancy at 41.
On Saturday, September 19, 2026, the Pakistani superstar made a stylish appearance at the grand, star-studded launch event for the first Damas Pakistan boutique in Islamabad, exuding grace in a soft pink silk saree.
During the event, influencer Manahel Shaykh, who has 146k followers on Instagram, shared a clip in which she complimented Mahira, saying, “Mahira, you look so nice!”
To which, the Humsafar star nervously replied, “Do I?” prompting Manahel to say, “You look so pretty,” while congratulating her on her second pregnancy.
After the influencer posted the video, Mahira rushed to the comments section to share how good it feels to receive love from other women.
“Sometimes.. we just need a girl telling another woman they look nice. Thank you. Lots of love my jaan,” she penned.
The heartwarming exchange came nearly a week after the Raees star announced that she is pregnant with baby No. 2 with her husband, Salim Karim, nearly 17 years after giving birth to her firstborn, Azlan Askari, with her ex-husband, Ali Askari.
“We make plans…. and there is Allah’s plan,” she captioned the post on Instagram, accompanied by a snap featuring herself while flaunting her baby bump from behind the veil.
About Mahira Khan’s family life
Mahira tied the knot with Ali in 2007, and they welcomed their son, Azlan, on September 15, 2009. However, the couple eventually separated, finalising their divorce in 2016 due to personal reasons.
Mahira Khan began a new chapter with Salim Karim years later, marrying him in Bhurban, Murree, Pakistan, in October 2023.
