Major accident in Arwal, Bihar, controlled car fell into the canal, four people died due to drowning.

Arwal, June 8. An uncontrolled car fell into a canal late night in Arwal, Bihar. In this accident, four people traveling in the car died, while the driver was seriously injured. At present, Arwal police is busy in further action. According to the information, this accident happened near Arwal Lock Gandhi Maidan of Sadar Police Station area. There were five people in the car. The car suddenly went out of control and fell into the canal. The car completely drowned due to water in the canal.

As soon as information about the incident was received, a team of local villagers and police reached the spot and relief operation was started. After a lot of effort, the car was taken out of the canal with the help of Hydra machine. Bodies of four people were recovered from the car, while the injured driver has been admitted to Sadar Hospital for treatment. The deceased have been identified as Manoj Kumar, resident of Kanpa of Ranitalab police station area, Rishank Singh, resident of Amhara Bihta, Aman Kumar, resident of Kankarbagh and another person resident of Maner. The process of identification of the fourth deceased is ongoing. All the people who died were residents of Patna district.

It is being told that all the people had come to Arwal from Bihta in connection with some work. This accident happened while returning after finishing work late at night. The injured driver told that we had come to Arwal from Bihta. While returning at night, the car went out of control and fell into the canal. I do not know who we had come to meet in Arwal. Doctor Vineet Kumar said that the police had taken five people to the hospital in injured condition. Four people had died, while injured Rohit has chances of survival. The doctor said that the post-mortem report of the four deceased revealed that they died due to drowning.
