Business Desk – American company Qualcomm has sold shares worth Rs 184 crore in logistics company Shadowfax Technologies. According to stock exchange data, Qualcomm's subsidiary Qualcomm Asia Pacific Pte sold 75 lakh shares of ShadowFax. This is 1.28% of the total stake of the company. The shares were sold at Rs 245.13 per share, taking the total deal value to Rs 183.8 crore.

As of June 2026, Qualcomm Asia Pacific Pte held a 2.26% stake in Shadowfax. After this sale, movement may be seen in the company's shares on Monday, August 24.

Some other large investors have also reduced stakes in Shadowfax in recent months. NyWest Asia Fund IV sold a 2.13% stake on August 6. Flipkart Internet sold 5.48% stake and Eight Roads Investments Mauritius II sold 7.67% stake on July 24.
