How to make oats and semolina cheela
First step: To make oats and semolina cheela, first add half a cup of oats, one cup of semolina, half a cup of curd, one green chilli, a small piece of ginger and water in a mixer jar. Third step: Now turn on the gas and place a dosa pan on it. When the pan is hot, grease it well with oil. Take the batter in a ladle and pour it on the pan in a round shape. During this time the gas flame should be medium to slow. Now pour a little vegetable mixture over the cheela and cover it. After some time, take out the cheela and serve it hot with chutney.
