Materials:
- Oats
- Besan
- salt
- curd
- salt
- Onion
- tomato
- Green chillies
- Capsicum
- Red chillies
- Oil

Action:
- To make Oats Mini Dosa, first of all, take oats in a bowl and add curd to it and mix it. Then add besan to it.
- After mixing the prepared mixture, add finely chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, green chilli and mix well.
- Then add red chillies, turmeric and finely chopped coriander, salt to taste and mix well.
- Keep the pan to heat. Grease a pan with oil and put a round dosa of the prepared mixture on it and crisp it well on both sides.
- Easy Oats Mini Dosa is ready. This dosa goes very well with green chutney.
