That’s why today we are going to tell you an easy recipe to make soft idlis like dhokla in 10 minutes. Fine semolina should be used to make semolina idli. This makes the idli puff up nicely. From children to adults, many people love to eat fermented foods for breakfast. Materials:
- semolina
- curd
- salt
- sugar
- Turmeric
- Ino
- Mustard
- curry leaves
- Green chillies
- Oil
- Coriander

Action:
- To make semolina idli, first of all, mix semolina, curd, salt, sugar and turmeric in a bowl.
- Then add water to it as required and prepare the mixture. Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chillies to the hot oil and fry the fodani properly. Pour the prepared batter into the idli mixture and mix.
- Grease an idli pan with oil and pour the prepared mixture in it and keep the idli to steam for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Keep the cooked idlis in a large bowl. Heat oil in a frying pan again.
- Pour the batter prepared with mustard, curry leaves and sugar in hot oil over the idlis and top with finely chopped coriander.
