  • Leftover rice
  • fine semolina
  • curd
  • salt
  • Oil
  • water
  • Ino

Action:

  • To make amboli from leftover rice, firstly, in a mixer bowl, add rice, semolina, water as required and salt to taste and grind it finely.
  • Take the prepared paste in a big bowl and add a spoonful of curd to it and mix it well.
  • After that keep the amboli mixture covered for 10 to 15 minutes. This will mix the batter properly.
