Ingredients for making Sama Rice Cheela
Sama rice – 1 cup, roasted peanuts – half cup, curd – 1 cup, roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp, coriander leaves – half cup, green chilies – 2 tbsp, ginger – 2 tbsp, rock salt as per taste, peanut oil or ghee
How to make Sama Rice Cheela?

- Step 1: To make Sama Rice Paneer, first wash one cup of Sama rice thoroughly and soak it for half an hour. After half an hour, add the rice and half a cup of yogurt to a mixer jar and grind it to a smooth batter. Now, transfer the batter to a large bowl.

- Step 2: Roast the peanuts and thoroughly peel them. Then, add the peeled peanuts, grated potatoes, ginger, rock salt, coriander leaves, cumin powder, and finely chopped green chilies to the rice batter and mix well. Your batter is ready. Let it sit for ten minutes to set.

- Step 3: After ten minutes, turn on the gas and place the dosa pan on it. Once the pan is hot, grease it with oil, pour the batter into it, and spread it evenly. During this time, keep the heat low and cook thoroughly on both sides. Your hot cheela is ready.
