Questions raised on sharing stage with PM Modi, Congress MP Manish Tiwari breaks silence
Chandigarh. Congress MP Manish Tewari has come into the center of political discussions after pictures of him sharing the stage and conversation with Prime Minister Narendra Modi surfaced. Questions started being raised on social media as to why senior opposition leaders were seen with the PM. Now Tiwari himself has reacted to this entire controversy.

He wrote on X that for him the development of the people and the region has always come before politics. He said, I have always kept development above party politics and will continue to do so in future also, no matter what people think. Manish Tiwari reminded that this is not the first time that he has shared the stage with the Prime Minister at a government event. He told that he was also present during the inauguration of Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital in New Chandigarh in the year 2022 because such projects are related to the interest of the people.

He also said that today’s politics has become more bitter than before where political opponents are being seen as enemies. He believes that differences have their place in a democracy but public interest and etiquette should always be paramount.
Let us tell you that in the program organized in Chandigarh on July 17, Prime Minister Modi had inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of development projects worth more than Rs 4,700 crore. After the program, Manish Tiwari was greeted by Prime Minister Modi and Union Minister J.P. He was seen talking to Nadda, after which political speculations regarding this meeting intensified, after all there are assembly elections in Punjab in 2027. But, Manish Tewari has put a complete end to all the speculations by sharing his views on social media.
