very large meteorite
This meteorite was about 3 feet wide and was clearly visible like a shining star in the sky. American Meteor Society official Robert Lunsford said he had received dozens of reports. It was much bigger and more terrifying than the fireballs usually seen in the sky.
Experts said that many people from Delaware to Montreal felt the ground shaking very clearly. Many people saw with their own eyes a large fireball passing very fast in the sky. This unexpected incident created a deep fear in the minds of the residents of New England during the afternoon.
high risk of falling into the sea
Officer Lunsford believes that the chances of this huge meteorite hitting the ground directly are very less. If this meteorite does not burn after falling on the earth, then it must have definitely fallen in the sea. More accurate information about its true direction and speed is still being gathered in depth.
