Medical camp organized in BRC Araon, disability certificates issued to 30 children

On the instructions of State Project Office, Lucknow, in collaboration with Basic Education Department and Medical Department, a medical camp was organized on Saturday at Block Resource Center (BRC) Araon for issuing disability certificates. In the camp, medical examination of children with special needs from classes 1 to 8 studying in council and secondary schools was conducted.

The team of the Medical Board constituted by the Chief Medical Officer examined the children who reached the camp and tested the disability status. total in camp Registration of 57 children Was done. After examination by medical board Disability Certificate (UDID) for 30 children were issued while 13 children referred for further medical examination to be done.

The aim of the camp is to provide disability certificates to children with special needs and provide them the benefits of various schemes and facilities run by the government. Officials said that through certificate and UDID, it will help in connecting eligible children with education and other government facilities. As Medical Board Team in Medical Camp Dr. Akash Gautam, Dr. Durg Pratap Singh, Dr. Alka Aggarwal, Dr. Jyoti Singh and Shivang Pathak (Audiologist) Be present. The team conducted necessary tests of the children and issued certificates as per their condition and referred the needy children for further investigation.
