Naini, Prayagraj. Late on Wednesday night, Uttar Pradesh Government Minister Nand Gopal Gupta 'Nandi' reached various religious places and Ganpati pandals in Naini area and performed worship and aarti of Lord Ganpati. During this time, a large number of devotees were present in the temples and pandals. At Shri Sarveshwar Mahadev Temple located in Hanuman Nagar, Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi performed aarti after duly worshiping Lord Ganapati.
Hundreds of women, men and children were present in the temple premises. The minister also chanted praises of Lord Ganapati along with the devotees. Various religious and cultural programs were organized with a grand tableau in the temple premises from 11 pm on Wednesday night.
Temple managers Yogesh Chaurasia and Ram Taadak Chaurasia welcomed Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi by wearing a robe and garland. On this occasion, a large number of devotees and regional people including Councilor Rakesh Jaiswal, Akanksha Jaiswal, Councilor Dilip Kesarwani, Mandal President Rajat Dubey, Shakti Kendra Coordinator Jaikrishna Tiwari, Om Prakash Mishra, Dinesh Singh, former councilor Mukesh Bhartiya, Sanjay Kesarwani Cement, senior BJP leader Rajan Shukla, Mangala Prasad Kesarwani 'Tauji' were present.
In the same sequence, Minister Nandi Naini also reached the grand Ganpati pandal organized near the old post office and performed the aarti of Lord Ganpati. The devotees present in the pandal welcomed him. Pandal manager Sanjay Jaiswal, Ashok Gupta, housekeeper and Jagga Gupta welcomed the minister.
