Sarojininagar MLA Dr. Rajeshwar Singh met Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and discussed many important issues related to the ongoing development works and public facilities in the assembly constituency. During this, he submitted several proposals and letters to the Chief Minister to strengthen the infrastructure in the area and accelerate various development projects.
Tezzbuzz Desk- During the meeting, MLA Dr. Rajeshwar Singh stressed the need for expansion of basic facilities like roads, sewers, drains and drainage in the rapidly developing areas of Sarojininagar. He requested to approve a special infrastructure development package of about Rs 500 crore for Pandit Kheda, Gauri, Neelmatha and other areas. The proposal also includes essential works estimated at Rs 404.18 crore.
For a permanent solution to the problem of waterlogging in urban areas, the demand for giving financial approval for the construction of 10 major drains was also placed before the Chief Minister. Along with this, a proposal was made to construct a ramp on Shaheed Path to provide better connectivity to the people living in Avadh Vihar Yojana and Ansal API area.
In view of the ever-increasing traffic pressure on Chaudhary Charan Singh Airport Road, the MLA also submitted a proposal to the Chief Minister to construct an elevated road from Bangla Bazaar towards Bijnor Road over Shaheed Path.
Dr. Rajeshwar Singh requested to provide updated progress report of Amausi Aero City and Nadarganj AI City projects related to economic and technological development in Sarojininagar and to expedite their works. At the same time, with the aim of providing better facilities to the farmers and people associated with agricultural trade, a demand was also made to take necessary action towards the construction of a special market place in Banthara Mandi area.
The MLA requested to include the proposed 'Virasat-e-Khalsa Shrine' dedicated to the history, sacrifice and sacrifice of Sikh Gurus in the State Action Plan 2026-27. Besides, the demand for providing necessary approval and funds for this project was also placed before the Chief Minister.
Apart from this, the issue related to withdrawal of earlier action taken against the electricity workers working to improve the electricity system was also discussed with the Chief Minister.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath listened seriously to all the issues put forward by MLA Dr. Rajeshwar Singh. Issues related to infrastructure, traffic connectivity, drainage, industrial and technological development and public facilities of Sarojininagar were raised prominently in the meeting.
