New Delhi. Indian wrestling legend and undefeated mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter Sangram Singh is ready for one of the most important fights of his career. He will face Pakistan’s Mohammad Abid Ali in the title match of the prestigious Strike Asia Championship to be held in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia on July 19. This high-voltage encounter between India and Pakistan is likely to start between 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm Indian time. The match will be broadcast live on Malaysian national TV and sports channels. There is tremendous excitement about this fight in the combat sports world and the winner will get the title of Strike Asia Champion.

Two-time Commonwealth Heavyweight Wrestling Champion Sangram Singh has also made a strong mark for himself in professional MMA. He then registered three consecutive wins by defeating Tunisia’s Hakim Trabelsi in the Netherlands and France’s Florian Coudier in Argentina. With his victory in Argentina, Sangram also became the first Indian to win a professional MMA bout there. Currently his professional MMA record is 3-0.
