Mohun Bagan Super Giant has added four sponsors for the 2026–27 Indian Super League (ISL) season, expanding its commercial portfolio across consumer goods, industrial products and services as it continues to seek a front-of-shirt sponsor.
The Kolkata-based club has brought in Arun Ice Cream as a co-partner, SRMB TMT as an associate sponsor, FREEMANS as its official tools partner, and Alliance Broadband as an additional associate sponsor, according to ETSportsWorld and SportsMintMedia.
The agreements expand the club’s sponsorship network across four distinct business categories. The reports have not disclosed the financial terms or duration of the new partnerships.
Four brands join the sponsorship portfolio
Arun Ice Cream joins as a co-partner, while steel manufacturer SRMB TMT has taken an associate sponsor position. FREEMANS becomes the club’s official tools partner, and Alliance Broadband will be an additional associate sponsor.
The category spread gives Mohun Bagan commercial relationships across food, construction materials, tools and telecommunications services. The club can offer partners visibility through its association with one of Indian football’s established teams, while the brands enter a platform with a strong regional identity and an established supporter base.
The four additions also expand the range of industries represented in the club’s commercial portfolio, rather than concentrating sponsorship around a single sector.
Front-of-shirt sponsorship remains open
Despite the latest additions, Mohun Bagan Super Giant is still without a front-of-shirt sponsor for the season. ETSportsWorld reported on October 15 that an announcement was expected in the coming days.
The front-of-shirt position is one of the most prominent sponsorship placements on a football jersey. Securing a partner for the slot would add another major commercial agreement to the club’s existing portfolio. However, the value of any potential deal and the identity of a prospective sponsor have not been confirmed.
The four new partnerships come as the club prepares for the 2026–27 campaign following a second-place finish in the previous season. Panagiotis Dilmperis has taken charge as head coach, while new arrivals, including Lallianzuala Chhangte, have added to a squad featuring Jamie Maclaren and Manvir Singh.
Expanding commercial opportunities in Indian football
The new agreements illustrate how Indian football clubs are building sponsorship portfolios across multiple categories. Separate partnerships allow brands from different industries to associate with a club through designated commercial positions, rather than relying on a single principal sponsor.
For Mohun Bagan Super Giant, the next step is to secure a front-of-shirt partner and continue developing its commercial relationships alongside its sporting campaign.
The financial details of the four agreements remain undisclosed, leaving the scale of the commercial expansion difficult to quantify. The sponsorship additions nevertheless broaden the club’s roster of partners ahead of the new ISL season.
