On the evening of June 26, a mother committed a heinous crime with her 13-year-old minor daughter to hide her immoral relationship. The woman sent her daughter to the shop and called her lover Tasavvur at home. After returning from the shop, the daughter saw both of them in an objectionable state and threatened to inform the father. So the frightened mother instigated the lover to rape her own daughter and helped in this act.

Father was in Mumbai and tragedy happened at home

The victim’s father Jairam works as a laborer in Mumbai to support the family, while his wife and daughter live in the village. On June 26, the mother conspired to send her daughter out on the pretext of getting the goods and called her lover home. However, the mother’s secret was exposed when the daughter suddenly returned home. When the daughter asked to report the matter to her Mumbai-based father, the mother threatened her and instigated the lover to molest the daughter.

The father knocked on the doors of the court

After the incident, the accused mother ran away with her lover. The victim called Mumbai and informed her father. The father came to the village and tried to file a complaint at the Misrulia police station, but the police did not listen. Finally the father took the shelter of the court. Following the court’s strict order, the police registered a case against the accused mother and her lover Tasavvur under various sections of the BNS and POCSO Act and initiated legal proceedings.
