A mother and her son were allegedly assaulted inside their home in Bhubaneswar’s Balipatna area following a dispute over repayment of borrowed money. Police have launched an investigation.
Balipatna: A mother and son were allegedly attacked inside their house in Odisha’s Khordha district under the Balipatna police station limits on Saturday night over an issue concerning borrowed money.
As per reports, that the accused entered the house late night and assaulted the woman and her son after an argument over payment of loan amount.
Following which, the duo were injured in the attack and rushed to the Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar where they are receiving treatment.
A complaint has been filed at the Balipatna police station and an investigation has been initiated into the incident.
