Motorola is ready to launch its new earbuds Moto Buds 2 in India on May 19. Along with these, Moto G37 and Moto G37 Power will also be introduced. It is worth noting that the global debut of Moto Buds 2 was in March.
In the Indian variants of these earbuds, the company is going to provide premium features like Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) up to 55dB, Spatial Audio and LHDC Audio Codec. The special thing is that they claim to provide up to 3 hours of playback in just 10 minutes of charging. Apart from this, features like Bluetooth 6.0, dual device connectivity and battery life of up to 53 hours also make it special. Now let us know about all their other details.
Features of Moto Buds 2
Moto Buds 2 have 11mm dynamic driver and 6mm micro planar magnetic driver. They support LHDC (Low-Latency High-Definition Audio Codec), which provides better quality Bluetooth audio on supported devices. Spatial Audio is also provided in these, which provides 360-degree sound effect on supported content.
Motorola has given Dynamic Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) up to 55dB in these. This feature adjusts noise blocking according to the surrounding environment. Apart from this, Smart Transparency Mode is also present, due to which outside noise remains audible when needed.
6-Mic Setup and ANC
For calling, the earbuds have a 6-mic setup, which supports Environmental Noise Cancellation and High Signal-to-Noise Ratio. Its purpose is to provide better voice clarity in noisy or windy environments. Additionally, a low-latency gaming mode is also included for gaming and video playback.
Different information has come out regarding battery life. As per the detailed spec sheet, these earbuds can last up to 11 hours on a single charge and can provide a total backup of 48 hours with the charging case. In the launch information, 10 hours per charge and total battery life of up to 53 hours has been claimed. Fast charging support is also present, with 10 minutes of charging providing up to 3 hours of playback.
Moto Buds 2 have Bluetooth 6.0 and dual connection support, so that users can easily switch between two devices. Other features include wear detection, customizable controls, customizable EQ with Bass Boost, Ring My Buds, voice assistant trigger, Audio Share and moto AI support.
The earbuds have received IP54 rating, due to which they remain protected from dust and water splashes. Each earbud has a 62mAh battery, while the charging case has a 520mAh battery.

Moto Buds 2 have been priced at £70 (approximately ₹9,000) in the UK. However, the price of Moto Buds 2 Plus in India is ₹ 5,999, so it is expected that the regular Moto Buds 2 may be launched at a lower price than this.
