Former India captain MS Dhoni likes playing different sports, and the veteran was recently seen trying his hand on a superbike at the Madras International Circuit in Irungattukottai. He has a big collection of bikes and cars at his farmhouse in Ranchi and is not new to speed. Dhoni attended a promotional event of TVS Eurogrip and completed laps at the motor circuit to test the motorcycle tyres before talking to the officials of the company.
The video of the veteran taking high-speed laps has gone viral on social media. He enjoyed the ride before getting surrounded by media when he made a return to the pit lane.
The 45-year-old removed his helmet and waved to the fans, who had gathered to see him around the pit lane.

Dhoni hasn’t played cricket for a long time due to fitness issues. He was a part of the Chennai Super Kings squad in IPL 2026 but didn’t feature in any game. He has been making his presence felt as a fan in international matches and is enjoying time with his family and friends.
There were speculations of him becoming CSK’s mentor in IPL 2027 after the departure of head coach Stephen Fleming, who was with the franchise for 18 years. Dhoni and Fleming led Chennai to five IPL titles.
Former players and loyal fans of CSK want to see the veteran in the yellow jersey for one final campaign, but the legendary wicket-keeper batter has refused to confirm his availability. The team management and the owners have left the ball in Dhoni’s court, and he will have the final say on his next move.
Chennai haven’t made it to the playoffs in the past three seasons, and now the decision-makers are not ready to accept another below-par season. They will sit with Dhoni to finalise the name of the new coach, who will be tasked with the responsibility of leading the franchise to success.
