More than 1.03 lakh children got benefits

According to government data, currently more than 1,03,611 children are receiving benefits under the Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana. The objective of the scheme is to provide economic and social security to such children who have been affected by death of parents, child labour, beggary or other difficult circumstances.

Financial assistance is being provided to these children every month, which can help them in meeting their education, health and daily needs.

Future becoming stronger with financial help

Under the Chief Minister Child Service Scheme (General), eligible children are given an assistance of Rs 2,500 per month. Separate provisions have also been made for children orphaned due to Covid-19. The objective of the scheme is to ensure that financial constraints do not become a hindrance in the education and development of children.

The government claims that the assistance amount is sent directly to the accounts of the beneficiaries, due to which transparency is maintained and help reaches the needy children on time.

Focus on freedom from child labor and beggary

An important aspect of the scheme is the rehabilitation of children rescued from child labor and beggary. Along with establishing such children in a family or safe environment, efforts are being made to connect them with the mainstream of education.

Experts believe that not only financial assistance but also social rehabilitation is very important for the overall development of children.

Steps towards education and self-reliance

Under the scheme, special attention is being given to the education of children. Opportunities for higher education and vocational training are also being provided to eligible students so that they can become self-reliant in the future. The aim of the government is not only to provide assistance, but also to move the children towards a respectable life and better career.

example of sensitive governance

Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana is being considered as one of the major welfare initiatives of the state government, which is having a direct impact on the weaker and needy sections. This scheme, which combines child protection, education and social security, is bringing positive changes in the lives of thousands of children.

This is the reason why Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana is not just a government scheme today, but has become a new hope for those children who need the most support in life.
