While millions of cricket lovers across the country tuned in to the IPL final, a different cricketing story was unfolding outside the field of professional cricket as well. Organized by Vittam, a B2B wealth distribution platform in the EduFund ecosystem, the event honored Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) and Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) who play a vital role in the financial journey of Indian households. While EduFund helps families plan financially for their children’s education, it also provides financial professionals with technology, insights and access to a variety of financial products.

The league provided an opportunity for partners across the country to step away from their day-to-day business responsibilities to interact more closely with each other and strengthen relationships that strengthen the industry.
During the tournament, the participating teams displayed great enthusiasm, team spirit and sportsmanship. Colorful matches, strong batting, crucial wickets, colorful runs till the end and lighthearted moments on the field kept the entire atmosphere in high spirits. The tournament concluded with the crowning of Finance Premier League Grand Champions. The winning team was awarded a cash prize of ₹50,000 along with a trophy.

“What moved me more than who won this competition was to see partners who had always interacted through calls, meetings and transactions playing together for a day, encouraging each other and getting to know each other beyond work. The mutual fund industry is built on relationships, and initiatives like these are a reminder that strong communities happen outside the office as well. We started Financem to empower professionals who help families make important financial decisions, and the Financem Premier League was a natural extension of that purpose,” said EduFund. And Vittam’s CEO and Co-Founder, Eela Dubey did.
