Rashmika has set a new record by shooting an underwater fight scene for ‘Mysaa’. There is talk that she is the first actress to do such an underwater fight scene.
The makers of the film have shared a glimpse of the underwater fight sequence and behind-the-scenes (BTS) photos from the shoot on social media. In the post, they wrote, “India’s first all-female underwater fight scene led by Rashmika Mandanna. The surface was never the limit. Deep in the water lies a battle that Indian cinema has never seen before. Get ready to witness this amazing spectacle.”
The makers have also announced in another post that the filming of this scene has been completed and that the teaser of the film will be released soon.

Meanwhile, Rashmika Mandanna took to her Instagram story to share her feelings about the experience. She said that this scene was the most difficult experience of her career so far. She said, “I know I have been missing for a while, but this is what we have been doing. This is the most difficult work I have ever done. We are very excited about this and so am I. Let’s get started.”
The film ‘Maisa’ is directed by Ravindra Pulle and produced by Unformula Films. It is said to be an emotional action-thriller film set in the backdrop of tribal areas. Notably, this is Rashmika Mandanna’s first pan-India action film in the female lead role and is scheduled to release in theaters in 2026.
