Veteran Bollywood actor Nana Patekar passed away at the age of 75. He breathed his last on Thursday morning after cardiac arrest. Nana Patekar was seen at a program in Dona Paula, Goa just 4 days before his death. Here he addressed the installation ceremony of ‘Samrat Club International’. Nana Patekar was seen active in public programs till a few days before his death. He had attended an event organized in Dona Paula, Goa on October 4. In the picture shared by news agency PTI, Nana Patekar was seen addressing the installation ceremony of ‘Samrat Club International’. During this time he was wearing a white kurta and white scarf.

Just four days later, the news of his demise came out, which shocked the fans.

CPR given for 45 minutes
According to reports, Nana Patekar suffered a serious cardiac arrest around 5:20 am. He was given immediate medical aid. According to Dr. Shekhar Salkar, head of the oncology department of Manipal Hospital, doctors gave continuous CPR for about 45 minutes, but he could not be saved. The case has been registered as a medico-legal case (MLC) and post-mortem will be conducted.

Last seen in the film ‘O’Romeo’
Nana Patekar was last seen in Vishal Bhardwaj’s film ‘O’Romeo’. In the film, she was accompanied by actors like Shahid Kapoor, Trupti Dimri, Avinash Tiwari and Disha Patani. Nana Patekar played an important role in the film.
