SEBI's approval of four companies' IPOs will open up new options for investors

IPO Approval: In the Indian stock market IPOA boom is being seen again. Market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has given observations on draft papers of IPOs of four companies. These companies can now proceed with the IPO process. Companies receiving SEBI’s observation include Carlsberg India, Matangi Rubber, Uzin Pharma and TMC Transformer. However, the IPO may not be launched immediately after receiving observations from SEBI. The companies will have to take further decision after completing the market conditions and necessary regulatory process.

Paved the way for IPOs of four companies

All four companies can proceed with their IPO preparations once the process like SEBI’s approval is completed. Through IPO companies raise capital from public investors and then their shares can be listed on the stock exchange. Currently, IPO activity is increasing in the Indian primary market. Despite the ups and downs in the market, many companies are preparing to raise funds through public issues.
