Malayalam actress Nazriya Nazim has found herself at the centre of speculation after sharing a cryptic Instagram story that sent fans into a frenzy. The story, which she reposted from another Instagram page, carried a simple but loaded line: “I used to think bulls were crazy to chase red flags, but here I am.”
The post spread quickly, with users on X reacting with concern and curiosity. One user shared the clip with the baffled caption, “Gurl ????!!!” while another asked, “Who is this post about? Is there a problem?” It did not take long for the speculation to snowball into separation and divorce rumours involving Nazriya and her husband, acclaimed actor Fahadh Faasil.
Fans divided: Marriage trouble or movie marketing?
As discussions picked up pace, some fans linked the post to Fahadh Faasil, though neither actor has made any statement suggesting a rift in their relationship. The couple, who first shared screen space in Anjali Menon’s beloved Bangalore Dayshave been married since 2014 and are widely regarded as one of Malayalam cinema’s most cherished couples.
Their relationship has long been a subject of warmth among fans, from Fahadh’s handwritten proposal letter to Nazriya celebrating his birthday with the affectionate post, “Happy bday you… Got u for life….”

Others, however, proposed an entirely different reading. A section of fans speculated that the story could be connected to Nazriya’s upcoming Malayalam film Thanks The Classicdirected by Muhsin Parari and co-starring Tovino Thomas, suggesting the post may have been a subtle promotional move tied to the film’s themes.
“She has an upcoming movie coming up with tovino, theme is slightly based on spain and has some bull fight kinda thing. So prolly to create a buzz around it, considering the words,” a Redditor wrote.
