NBW Warranty Ramnarayan Yadav arrested

Dhanrua/Patna. Under the special contemporary operation, Lahsuna police station arrested wanted accused Ramnarayan Yadav on the basis of non-bailable warrant (NBW) issued by the court. He was wanted under section 20(a)(i) of the NDPS Act in case number 824/25, dated 14 October 2025.

Police station incharge Vikram Kumar said that on the basis of intensive surveillance and confidential information, the police team raided the house of the accused located in Badroi police station area. Ramnarayan Yadav was arrested during the raid. After his arrest, he has been presented for further legal action as per the instructions of the court. Besides, the process of medical examination and judicial remand is also being completed.

According to the police, a non-bailable warrant was issued by the court against Ramnarayan Yadav in the NDPS case registered last year. On this basis, this action was taken during the special contemporary campaign. The police station has called it an important success under the campaign.

The police station chief said that the objective of the contemporary operation is to stop the supply and smuggling of drugs, as well as maintain peace and security in the area. He appealed to the local people to immediately report any suspicious activity to the police, so that effective action can be taken in time.

Vikram Kumar said that our aim is to make the society safe by bringing the criminals under the grip of law. The arrest of Ramnarayan Yadav is the result of the effectiveness of the contemporary operation and the alertness of the police team. In the future, continuous action will continue under the zero tolerance policy against crime and drugs.
