NEET Paper Leak Protest: Salman Khan appealed to the students to return home, said – PM Modi will take strict action against the culprits
Students’ protest continues at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar over the NEET paper leak controversy. A large number of students and protesters have gathered at the protest site. In view of the situation, heavy police force has been deployed on the spot. The protesters are continuously raising slogans and demanding strict action against the culprits in the paper leak case.
Meanwhile, Bollywood actor Salman Khan has appealed to the students to end their agitation and return home. Sharing a post on social media platform X, Salman Khan said that he is confident that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will take strict action against those responsible for the paper leak.
Salman Khan’s second post in 24 hours
Salman Khan, while appealing to the students in his post, said that students are the first priority of the country in both matters of studies and security. He asked the students and their parents not to worry and expressed confidence that the government will take strict action against the culprits in the paper leak case.
The actor asked the students to return to their parents. He also appealed to Sonam, a protesting student, not to take the movement forward and said that if needed, he can send food from home.
Earlier also Salman had spoken in support of students
This is Salman Khan’s second social media post regarding the students’ movement within 24 hours. A day before this, while praising the peaceful demonstration, he had expressed grief over the movement turning violent. He also expressed condolences to the injured students and their families.
Salman Khan had said that the issue of NEET paper leak is related to students and the education system, hence it should not be politicized. He also said that the credit for the movement should go only to the students of the country.
Appealed to the government to take strict action
Salman Khan expressed hope that the government will support the students and take necessary steps to further strengthen the education system of the country. He expressed hope for a positive decision while wishing a bright future for the students.
