New government inaugurated in Bihar: Samrat Chaudhary became the Chief Minister, but why was Nitish’s son Nishant missing from the swearing-in?

Wednesday was a historic day in the politics of Bihar, when Samrat Chaudhary took oath as the Chief Minister of the state. With this swearing-in, the political turmoil that has been going on for the last one month has stopped, but a new discussion has taken birth. At the center of this discussion is Nitish Kumar’s son Nishant Kumar, whose absence has intensified the murmur in the political circles.

Questions raised on Nishant’s absence

After Nitish Kumar’s decision to leave the post of CM and go to Rajya Sabha, his son Nishant was inducted into JDU with much fanfare. Many big leaders of the party had even demanded to make him the Chief Minister. Although Nishant did not accept any post in the government, but for the last one month he was seen active in every political activity. In such a situation, his distance from the biggest political event of Bihar i.e. the swearing-in ceremony of the new government is bothering everyone. Nishant was nowhere to be seen in this function organized at Lok Bhavan, due to which many speculations are being made.

Deputy CM Vijendra Yadav gave a sharp reaction

Newly appointed Deputy Chief Minister Vijendra Yadav openly expressed his views on the absence of Nishant Kumar in the swearing-in ceremony. He said that it is Nishant’s own decision whether he will enter politics or not. Vijendra Yadav further said that our wish is that he should work for the party and organization and become a part of the government, but only he can answer why he did not come to today’s program. Apart from this, Vijendra Yadav also hit back at Tejashwi Yadav’s statement in which he had called Samrat Chaudhary a student of ‘Lalu’s school’. Vijendra bluntly said that Tejashwi himself has passed out from the school of Janata Dal.

Nitish Kumar congratulated the emperor

Former Chief Minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar shared a special message through social media on Samrat Chaudhary becoming the CM. He wrote, “Hearty congratulations to Shri Samrat Chaudhary ji on taking oath as the new Chief Minister of Bihar today. I have full confidence that under your leadership, Bihar will develop rapidly and will be included in the list of the most developed states of the country.”

New CM Samrat Chaudhary in action mode

Immediately after taking oath, Samrat Chaudhary was seen in action mode. Governor Lieutenant General Syed Ata Hasnain (Retd) administered him the oath of office and secrecy, after which the Chief Minister directly reached the Chief Secretariat. There he held his first high-level meeting with senior officials and signed several important files. Let us tell you that Samrat Chaudhary has become the 24th Chief Minister of Bihar and this is the first time in the history of the state that a BJP-led government has been formed. Along with him, Vijay Chaudhary and Vijendra Yadav took oath as ministers, who will hold the responsibility of Deputy Chief Minister in the new government.
