What are the necessary eligibility and educational qualifications for application?

Three-tier Selection Process

The final selection of candidates will be based solely on merit and medical fitness in three stages:

  1. Computer Based Test (CBT): All valid applicants have to first appear in an Online Computer Based Test (CBT). Note that the examination for all the posts may be conducted on the same day and in the same shift, hence candidates should apply for only one specific post; Applications for more than one post may be rejected.

  2. Document Verification: Candidates who will be shortlisted in the merit list of CBT exam will be called for verification of original certificates. In this phase, physical verification of educational marksheet, experience certificate, caste certificate and valid identity card will be done.

  3. Medical Examination: After clearing the document verification, candidates will have to undergo a detailed medical test. For selection, it will be mandatory to pass the stringent medical standards set by Indian Railways for Junior Engineers and Operations Staff.

Attractive salary and allowances (Salary Structure)

The candidates who are finally selected for the posts of Junior Engineer in the Bullet Train Project will be given a very attractive and powerful salary package.
