Elections are to be held on 9 Legislative Council (MLC) seats in Bihar, out of which 3 seats can go to JDU quota. There is a possibility that Nishant Kumar can be made MLC on one of these seats. If this happens, then only after this it will be clear whether he will take a ministerial post in the government or will give edge to the party by remaining active in the organization itself.

At present focus on distance from power and organization The surprising thing is that Nishant Kumar has flatly refused to accept any government post at present.
