‘No interest in meeting’ Trump showed tough attitude to Iran, clearly refused to talk amid increasing war

New Delhi: The ongoing tension between America and Iran has once again deepened. US President Donald Trump has clearly said that at present his government has no interest in talks with Iran. Trump says that unless Tehran is ready for serious and meaningful talks, Washington will not hold any kind of meeting. Meanwhile, military action between the two countries is also increasing continuously.

Trump said – there is no point in talks right now

While speaking to the media at the White House with Lebanese President Joseph Aoun, Trump said that Iranian officials are trying to contact America through back-channels. However, he clarified that America is not ready for talks in the current situation.

Trump said that Iran is very eager for talks, but unless it takes a serious stance, America has no interest in meeting them. He claimed that Iran is continuously weakening in the current conflict.

Iran also gave its message

On the other hand, Iranian President Masoud Pejeshkian said that his coordination with the country’s supreme leader Mojtaba Khamenei has become stronger than before. He said that all important decisions of the government are being taken as per the instructions of the Supreme Leader and the country will move forward strongly in this direction.

America attacked for the 11th consecutive night

Amidst the tension, the US Army attacked Iran’s military bases for the 11th consecutive night. According to the US Central Command (CENTCOM), the purpose of these attacks is to weaken Iran’s military capability and reduce the threat to merchant ships in the Strait of Hormuz.

Experts believe that in the coming days, the Strait of Hormuz may become the most important center of this conflict, because the energy supply of a large part of the world comes through this sea route.

Cost of war increased to 37.5 billion dollars

US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth told Congress that America has so far spent about $ 37.5 billion on the ongoing military campaign against Iran. He said that an additional $67 billion is needed for army operations and future preparations. According to him, this amount is very important to maintain national security and military capability.

There is no possibility of tension reducing

At present, neither the military action between the two countries seems to be stopping nor is there any concrete possibility of diplomatic talks. In such a situation, this increasing crisis in West Asia remains a matter of concern for global security and energy market.
