Ingredients for making Sugar-Free Ladoo
- 1 cup pitted soft dates
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup cashews
- ¼ cup pistachios
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp flaxseed (flaxseed)
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp dry coconut
- ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp ghee (optional)

First dry roast almonds, cashews, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, linseed and sesame seeds on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes. After the mixture cools down completely, grind it in a mixer. Now grind the soft dates in a mixer to make a paste. If required, heat one spoon of ghee in a kadai and gently stir the date paste into it. Then add split dry fruits, roasted seeds, dry coconut and cardamom powder and combine all the ingredients. While the mixture is still warm, lightly grease your hands and roll small or medium sized ladles. After that, keep it in an airtight container. Healthy sugar free ladoos are ready. You can eat this ladoo anytime of the day.
