On the first day of the week, Noida (Noida News) In Sector 60, the area was rocked by the sloganeering of the employees. Thousands of employees came out on the streets and raised their voices for their rights. The agitation took a violent turn and after the agitation raged, the government woke up to intense wage hike protests and arson in Noida. For these employees from Yogi Sarkar (Yogi Adityanath) made a big announcement.
Dissatisfaction was brewing among these employees working in various private companies in Noida for a long time. The protesters said that they have been demanding salary hike for a long time, but their demands have not been heeded. The anger erupted on the streets on Monday morning, with workers quickly blocking the main road in Sector 60 and chanting slogans. This caused a huge traffic jam. Reactions started coming from all over the country. Following this, the Yogi government has decided to give an interim wage hike of up to 21 percent to skilled and unskilled workers from April 1. This will especially benefit the workers in Noida and Ghaziabad.

What are the new wage rates?
Unskilled workers: Monthly wage ₹11,313.65 and daily wage ₹435.14
Semi-skilled workers: Monthly wage ₹12,446 and daily wage ₹478.69
Skilled workers: Monthly wage ₹13,940.37 and daily wage ₹536.16
These rates include both basic pay and dearness allowance. This decision of the government is expected to directly benefit lakhs of workers in this sector.
What were the demands of the protesters?
According to media reports, the temporary employees of Madrasan Company in Phase II had protested for salary hike and other demands. These temporary workers claim that the company has not implemented the provisions of the new labor law, which has angered them. On Monday morning, thousands of protesters gathered outside the company shouting slogans. A heavy police presence was also deployed to monitor the protest. The police fired teargas canisters to bring the violent mob under control and lathi charge to disperse the crowd.
