Ola Uber Ban News in Marathi : The Maharashtra State Cyber Department has taken a U-turn on the orders issued to remove the apps of Ola, Uber and Rapido from Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The department on Friday sent a fresh letter to Apple and Google with clear instructions not to take any action on the notice issued on May 15.

In this letter issued by the office of the Additional Director General of Police, Maharashtra Cyber Department, it has been mentioned that some representations have been received regarding the earlier letter regarding the deletion of bike taxi apps. It has been clarified that these representations are being examined and the entire case is being thoroughly reviewed.
In this background, until further orders, the apps of Ola, Uber and Rapido have been directed to be deleted from the Google Play Store and no action should be taken on the Apple App Store. Therefore, the possibility of immediate action on the related chaik taxi apps is currently avoided.
