Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, while paying tribute to Shaheed Bhagat Singh on his birth anniversary, appealed to the youth to take inspiration from his courage, patriotism and knowledge. Paying tribute to Shaheed Bhagat Singh, he said that the life of Bhagat Singh, who dedicated his everything for the motherland at the age of just 23, is a source of inspiration for the youth of the country. The youth need to learn from his indomitable courage, patriotism and ideas. The youth should free themselves from these evils and play their role in building a strong and empowered society. The CM also mentioned Bhagat Singh's multilingual knowledge. He said that Bhagat Singh was knowledgeable in many languages including Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi and English. The lesson from his life is to make knowledge your greatest strength and always keep the desire to learn alive.
CM Yogi said that when knowledge is linked with skills, the youth can convert their talent into potential. This helps them to fulfill their dreams and improve their future.
The Chief Minister also mentioned various programs being run by the state government for the youth. He said that under 'Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana', free guidance is being provided to the youth preparing for competitive examinations. At the same time, through 'Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan', youth are being encouraged to start new enterprises and get self-employment opportunities. Apart from this, new thinking, innovation and entrepreneurship of the youth is being promoted through 'Startup Policy'.
The Chief Minister appealed to the youth to make books their friends and make maximum use of the available knowledge resources. He said that modern libraries and digital libraries are being developed in the name of former Prime Minister and Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee in every district of the state.
CM Yogi called upon the youth to ask questions, understand new ideas and maintain their curiosity continuously. He said that a book can create a new idea in the life of a youth and the same new idea can later become a medium to give a new direction to the entire society.
At the end of his message, the Chief Minister appealed to the youth to link 'knowledge to skill, skill to determination and determination to action'. He said that active participation of youth can give impetus to the creation of a knowledgeable, cultured and capable Uttar Pradesh.
