The name has changed
Bajaj has changed the way it names its models. These models will henceforth be known as the C25, C30 and C35 series, a pattern consistent with the naming of the recently introduced C25 series. The rest of the name, which includes the numbers indicating the particular variant, will not change as such. This ensures that the hierarchy of models that is already established and with which customers are familiar, will continue. However, this new nomenclature is still not entirely intuitive or easy to understand.
Performance improvement
The company has increased the top speed of the entire lineup. Now models C3501 and C3502 can reach a speed of 80 km/h. Additionally, the top speed of C3503 and C3001 has been increased from 63 km/h to 70 km/h. In the case of the C2501, its top speed has been increased from 55 km/h to 60 km/h.

Also, C3501 and C3502 models now feature OTA (Over-The-Air) updates. Hence, the performance of the scooter can be further improved by updating it at home without taking it to the service center. With all these updates, Bajaj has given its Chetak scooters more modern features and improved performance in the old design.
