Mirzapur. In the Gram Panchayats of Haliya development block, only quorum has been fulfilled in the name of Model Village, rest of the ground reality is nothing. Only and only in the eyes of the government, the Gram Panchayat has been described as fine but it was not visible on the ground, on which the villagers raised their voice and said that only money is transferred from the government place in the name of Model Gram Panchayat by the employees sitting on the block.

Beautiful and clean work has not been done in any model Gram Panchayat when any officials are in charge.
