Oppo A7 Pro Max to Launch on August 4 With 10,000mAh Battery, Three Storage Variants

NEW DELHI, July 31: Oppo has officially announced that the Oppo A7 Pro Max will be launched in China on August 4. The smartphone maker has also confirmed key details about the upcoming handset, including its battery, colour options, storage variants, and design.

According to the company, the Oppo A7 Pro Max will be unveiled in China on August 4 at 2:30 PM local time (12:00 PM IST).

The smartphone is already available for pre-order through the Oppo China online store.

Three Colour and Storage Options Confirmed

Oppo has confirmed that the handset will be available in three colour options:

  • Dark Mountains (Black)
  • Riding the Waves (Blue)
  • The Future is Bright (Orange)

The smartphone will also be offered in three RAM and storage configurations:

  • 8GB + 128GB
  • 12GB + 256GB
  • 12GB + 512GB

Design Details Revealed

The Oppo A7 Pro Max features a flat rear panel with a rectangular dual-camera module positioned at the top. The back panel will also include a 3D embossed texture.

The device sports a centred Oppo logo on the rear, while the right edge houses the power button and volume controls. At the bottom, the handset includes a USB Type-C port, speaker grille, and SIM tray.

On the front, the smartphone features a flat display with a centred hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera.

10,000mAh Battery Confirmed

Oppo has already confirmed that the A7 Pro Max will be equipped with a 10,000mAh battery, making it the largest battery ever used in an Oppo A-series smartphone.

Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 Chipset Expected

The handset was recently spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking platform, where it was listed with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 octa-core processor featuring a peak clock speed of 2.40GHz.

The company is expected to reveal additional specifications in the days leading up to the official launch.
