In the program organized under the organization creation campaign of Congress on Saturday in the courtyard of Maa Kothi located in Khajni area, party workers made a loud noise about the upcoming elections. In the program chaired by District President Rajesh Tiwari, chief guest MP and AICC observer Shyam Kumar Daulat Barve stressed on strengthening the organization up to the booth level and establishing constant communication among the public. A large participation of youth was seen in the program.
Chief guest Shyam Kumar Daulat Barve said that the history of Congress has been to struggle by living between the country and the common people. The party has played an important role from the freedom movement to the development of the country. He said that along with the expansion of education, communication and mobile revolution, Congress has also worked in the field of women's upliftment and social development. He said that Rahul Gandhi is continuously raising issues related to the public prominently and Congress is struggling on the issues of public interest.
He called upon the workers to reach every village and every house to strengthen the organization. Said that only a strong organization can effectively face the upcoming political challenges.
Taking aim at the state government, State Secretary Satya Prakash Srivastava appealed to the workers to engage with full force in the preparations for the upcoming elections. He said that the workers will have to understand the problems of the people and remain continuously active among them.
District President Rajesh Tiwari said that Congress is not in need of any identity. He claimed that the public is fed up with the current government and is expecting change. He described the crowd of youth gathered in Khajni as a sign of increasing confidence in the Congress.
Regional social worker and former chief Sachchidanand Pandey also attacked the state government and alleged that many promises of the government have not been fulfilled on the ground.
A large number of Congress officials, workers and regional people including Ravindra Maurya, Ranvijay Maurya, Kodai Tripathi, Hausila Pandey, Sunita Maurya, Bighi Mandal President Pakka Dubey, Khajani Mandal President Dilip Shukla were present in the program.
