‘Our government will be formed in 2027…’, Mujahid Ali warmly welcomed in Moradabad SP meeting

Moradabad. Political turmoil has intensified regarding the upcoming assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh. In this series, a big news is coming out from the political corridors of Moradabad. In the monthly meeting held on Saturday at the district office of Samajwadi Party in Civil Lines, the party got a big boost when former candidate from Thakurdwara assembly seat and former block chief Mujahid Ali returned home to SP. There is great enthusiasm among the local workers due to his return.

This important meeting held in Moradabad was presided over by District President Jaiveer Singh Yadav, while the operation of the forum was handled by General Secretary Furkan Ali. As soon as Mujahid Ali reached the office, party workers welcomed him with flowers and garlands and raised slogans of ‘Akhilesh Yadav Zindabad’. Actually, Mujahid Ali is considered to have a good hold in Thakurdwara area and with his return, SP is expected to gain the upper hand in the area.

Mujahid Ali met Akhilesh Yadav

After joining the party, Mujahid Ali expressed gratitude to the top leadership. Making a big disclosure, he said that on May 16, 2026, he had met SP National President Akhilesh Yadav. During this meeting, he has also put forward a special demand to Akhilesh Yadav regarding Thakurdwara seat.

According to Mujahid Ali, he has requested the National President to conduct an unbiased survey from the party level in Thakurdwara Assembly seat. In this survey, whichever candidate comes out to be the strongest and most popular on the ground, the party should make him its candidate so that SP’s victory on the seat can be 100 percent assured.

Big claim regarding UP Assembly elections 2027

Addressing the meeting, former block chief Mujahid Ali made a big claim regarding the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections 2027. He said that the people of the state are fed up with the policies of the present government and now want change. Mujahid said with full confidence that in the year 2027, Samajwadi Party government will be formed again in the state with full majority. He called upon the workers to start making election preparations from now on.

Veterans gathered in the meeting, took a pledge of unity

Many big district level leaders and a large number of workers were present in this monthly meeting of Moradabad. On the stage, Chavez Ali, former District Panchayat member Mohammad Hussain, Pradhan Farasat, Shaukat, Mohd. Leaders like Nabi, Neta Nazakat, Shakir, Bilal, Arif Chaudhary, Zakir and Dilawar participated prominently.

At the end of the meeting, all the officials and workers unanimously resolved to forget their differences and come into the field in unity for the upcoming elections. Political experts believe that Mujahid Ali’s return home can change the equations of Thakurdwara, which can directly benefit the Samajwadi Party in the coming days.
