Benito Skinner is returning to campus as Overcompensating gears up for Season 2, and he has something fans will love.
Season 2 of the Prime Video college series will feature ample nudity and a highly anticipated hook up scene that fans ask about “everyday.”
Speaking on co-star Owen Thiele’s on his In Your Dreams podcast, the 32-year-old comedian and actor shared, “I was half naked. I wear like 12 jock straps this season.”
“I will say one thing, because I just think it’s fun and it’s coming, and I can’t hold things anymore. But Benny (Benito) does hook up with Miles (Rish Shah) in Season 2. You will see that, is what I’m gonna say, because I get asked that everyday,” he revealed.
“That’s one thing, and obviously George (Owen) is a much bigger character in Season 2,” he stated.
Drawing from his own experience of coming out as a college jock, Benito created the semi-autobiographical series, which Prime Video renewed for a second season last September.
After being promoted to series regular as Hailee, the show’s hilarious party girl, Holmes will join a Season 2 guest cast featuring Tom Francis as Declan Bishop, Aisha Dee as Naomi and AnnaSophia Robb as Chels.
Season 1 recurring cast members Connie Britton, Kyle MacLachlan, Lukas Gage, Andrea Martin, Julia Shiplett, Nell Verlaque, Danielle Perez, Yasmine Sahid, Boman Martinez-Reid, Tomaso Sanelli and Austin Lindsay will also return.
