The mathematics of Parliament may appear to be revenge.

This time in the monsoon session, the political equation of Parliament may also appear to have changed. Political incidents like internal differences in Trinamool Congress, increasing distance between Congress and DMK and separation of some MPs from Uddhav Thackeray faction’s Shiv Sena may have an impact on the structure of the House. There is discussion in political circles that this may strengthen the numbers of NDA, while the position of India Alliance may be affected.

Keep an eye on Lok Sabha Speaker’s decisions also

During the session, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla may take a decision on merger-related matters involving some Trinamool Congress MPs and MPs from the Uddhav Thackeray faction. At the same time, DMK has also written a letter to the Lok Sabha Speaker requesting him to make arrangements for its MPs to sit separately from the Congress.
