Patna Civil Court granted anticipatory bail to both the bodyguards including Khan Sir, a big relief.
Patna. Faisal Khan alias Khan Sir has got a big relief in the coaching dispute case. Patna Civil Court has accepted the anticipatory bail plea of Khan Sir. Earlier, the court had reserved its decision on his anticipatory bail plea after completion of hearing of both the parties. The court has given its verdict on Monday. The court has accepted the anticipatory bail plea of accused Khan Sir in the firing case. Information is also coming to light that both the bodyguards of Khan Sir have also got bail at present.

Khan Sir’s lawyer Arvind Kumar Muar said that the first decision in the court came on the anticipatory bail petition of Khan Sir and the court said that his petition has been approved. After this, the court approved the anticipatory bail plea of his three other associates also. After this, the court finally approved the regular bail petition of both the guards. The lawyer said that the anticipatory bail plea was opposed by the other party but the court granted him bail as per the law.
Let us tell you that a petition was filed in the court of Patna Principal District Judge Rupesh Dev on behalf of Khan Sir alias Faizal Khan, director of Khan Global Studies, who has been accused in the case of attempt to murder and illegal use of weapons. The court of the Principal District Judge had reserved its order in this case on July 08 after hearing both the parties. The court had fixed July 10, 2026 for pronouncing its order, but due to the Principal District Judge being on leave, the in-charge Principal District Judge had fixed July 13, 2026 as the next date for the order. In the same case, an order was also to be given on the regular bail petition of two security personnel lodged in Khan Sir’s jail. The date for the order on his regular bail application was also fixed as July 13, 2026. During this time, the court had also continued the interim relief of stay imposed on the arrest of Khan sir and his three colleagues till July 13, 2026.
There was firing at Khan Sir’s coaching institute.
This entire matter is related to the firing incident that took place in the beginning of June, in which some anti-social elements allegedly vandalized Khan Sir’s coaching institute in Patna. It is alleged that during this time Khan sir’s security personnel had opened fire. It is noteworthy that on the basis of the viral video of the firing near Khan sir’s coaching institute, the police of Kadamkuan police station had registered case number 418/2026 against Khan sir and his two security personnel and other unknown persons under various sections of BNS and Arms Act in Kadam Kuan police station on 04 June 2026. The police had arrested two security personnel of Khan sir and sent them to jail in this case.
