Patrick Schwarzenegger continues to secure standout roles, now joining Bridgerton star Phoebe Dynevor for Beach Read, 20th Century Studios’ take on Emily Henry’s bestselling book, as per Deadline.
Taking to Instagram, on April 14, the 32-year-old actor expressed his excitement for his role in the upcoming film adaptation while also sharing his gratitude to the author of the book.
“I’m so excited for this,” he wrote in his story post.
In the Instagram post, which consisted of a screenshot of Deadline’s article, he said, “First let me say thank you to @emilyhenrywrites for the opportunity! I will do everything possible to make the fans happy & proud and bring your brilliant writing to life.”
The White Lotus star then went on to address Phoebe, 30, saying, “I can’t wait to bring these characters to life with you. It was a pleasure working opposite you through these chemistry reads.”
Fellow industry members reacted to the news in the comment section.
