Pawan Singh did not appear in the court during the hearing of the case related to divorce and maintenance in Ballia Family Court. On this the court imposed a fine of Rs 3,000 on him. At the same time, his wife Jyoti Singh reached the court and said that she still wants to live with Pawan Singh.
According to Jyoti Singh, this case has been in the court for four years. She said that she has faith in the court, but if she does not get justice from here, she will go to the Supreme Court. The next date of hearing of the case has been fixed for November 12.
Jyoti Singh expressed displeasure when Pawan Singh did not appear in the court. He said that Pawan Singh is repeatedly called to court, but he does not appear. Jyoti Singh said, “Look, it's been four years. I trust the court. I still want to be with them. If nothing happens from here, I will go to the Supreme Court.”
During the hearing, Pawan Singh's lawyer submitted medical documents related to his mother in the court. An application for mediation was also given. According to Pawan Singh's lawyer, his mother is admitted in the hospital, due to which he could not reach the court.
