“Pen and Constitution run with the same ink” – powerful message of unity of journalists
Lucknow. The first foundation day of Uttar Pradesh District Recognized Journalist Committee in the capital Lucknow was concluded on Saturday in a very dignified, grand and enthusiastic atmosphere in Lucknow. The program sent a clear message that organized journalism is the backbone of democracy. There was notable presence of many dignitaries associated with journalism, social, religious and various fields in the ceremony. Powerful address of National President Brijmohan Singh The chief guest of the program, National President of Bharatiya Jan Samaj Party Brijmohan Singh said in his address: “My revolutionary greetings to all of you respected platform, President Harish Tiwari, Convenor Rajendra Gupta, General Secretary Ashish Tiwari and true soldiers of journalism from every corner of Uttar Pradesh.
Today I am very proud that ‘District Recognized Journalist Committee’ is celebrating its first foundation day. Friends, the pen and the Constitution use the same ink. The day journalists get scared, democracy will also get scared. The day the journalist is sold, the government will also be sold.
Said that “Uttar Pradesh District Recognized Journalist Committee will continue to struggle for the rights, respect, safety and self-respect of journalists. We will make the organization the strongest journalist organization in the state.” Committee General Secretary Ashish Tiwari conducted an impressive stage. Program coordinator Rajendra Gupta welcomed all the guests and honored them by presenting mementos and corsets. During the program, the officials of the committee honored National President Brijmohan Singh by garlanding him, presenting him a blouse and memento.
On this occasion, Banda District President of BJSP Rajesh Kumar Yadav was also specially present along with the National President. At the end of the program everyone resolved to respect journalists and strengthen democracy. Addressing the program, Bharatiya Jan Samaj Party National President Brijmohan Singh was honored by the committee officials by dressing him in body armor and presenting memento.
