Vrindavan:The poor cleanliness system of the main parikrama road of religious city Vrindavan is once again under question. The local people as well as the devotees are facing a lot of trouble due to the sloping house built on Parikrama Marg near Jugal Ghat in Yamuna Ghat intersection area and the pile of garbage accumulated around it. The foul smell emanating from the filth and the stray animals roaming there have made the condition of the area worse.
Deepak Parashar raised questions on administration
Regarding the matter, District President of Constructive Congress Deepak Parashar has raised questions on the working style of the administration and the Municipal Corporation and has demanded removal of the sloped house from the main Parikrama Marg. He says that the pile of garbage on the route through which thousands of devotees pass with religious faith every day is telling the reality of the cleanliness system of Vrindavan.
Claims of a world class city are being exposed
He said that claims are being made to develop Vrindavan as a world class religious city, but the filth spread on the major roads is exposing these claims. Piles of garbage are not only polluting the environment, but people living nearby are also at risk of diseases.
Accusations if there is no permanent solution
Deepak Parashar alleged that the authorities have been informed about this problem of the area several times, but till now no permanent solution has been made. He said that amidst the development schemes worth crores of rupees, if the cleanliness of the Parikrama Marg and the basic facilities of the common people are not being maintained then it is natural to raise questions on the claims of development.
Immediate action and movement warning
He has demanded from the administration to immediately shift the Dhalaav Ghar from Parikrama Marg to somewhere else, remove the accumulated garbage and ensure regular cleaning arrangements. Warned that if action is not taken soon, a public interest movement will be started with the regional people.
