The Central Government is preparing to release the 24th installment of the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Considering the festival expenses, the government can send Rs 2000 to the bank accounts of farmers in October itself. However, this time the names of lakhs of farmers have been removed from the list due to ineligibility or technical glitches, hence it is very important to check their status.

How to do e-KYC sitting at home

  • The government has made the process of e-KYC very easy. Now you can do e-KYC even without OTP and without fingerprint.
  • You can complete this through face authentication from your mobile.
  • First of all, download the official app of PM KISAN GOI.
  • Login to the app with your registered mobile number or Aadhaar number. On the home page you will see the option of e-KYC or Face Authentication, click on it.
  • After this the app’s camera will scan your face. Keep your face straight in front of the camera and blink.
  • As soon as the process is completed, the message e-KYC Successfully Completed will appear on the screen.

How to check Bank-Aadhaar link status

  • Many farmers’ installments get stuck simply because their land is not verified or their bank account is not linked to Aadhaar.
  • You can check its status online sitting at home.
  • For this, go to the official website of PM Kisan pmkisan.gov.in.
  • Click on Know Your Status option on the homepage. Enter your registration number and captcha code and click on Get Data.
  • Now your complete profile will open. Here click on the Eligibility Status tab. Here you will have to see YES mark at three places.
  • It is necessary to have YES in front of Land Seeding. There should be YES in front of e-KYC Status.
  • YES should also be written in front of Aadhaar Bank Account Seeded Status. If all three are YES then your installment will not stop.
